Hi, welcome to the Poems & Poetry page of TheGoSeeGirl, by ODella Wilson. All poems posted are written by myself and copyrighted works, so please do not copy or reproduce without my prior consent.
All poems will be located on sub-pages, one poem or poetic writing per page. Most of my poems are spiritual by nature or inspirational. Some are heartfelt, written about personal experiences. Here and there you will find funny or amusing poems. All are written with emotion and meant to reach the reader with depth and emotion.
As with everything else about me, my writings touch on a variety of issues, and while they are ‘simple’ on one level, each has an undertone [message] to convey. You must only open your minds and hearts to feel them to the very depth of your soul.
I have written many poems of dedications, poems surrounding real issues in life, and poems that envision Utopian thoughts and ideas. So get ready to laugh, smile, think and maybe even weep – but most of all – absorb the words and the depth of emotions.
If my words manage to reach you in a profound way, won’t you consider making a donation? And don’t forget to share this page with your friends and family.
Make sure to read my poem titled “Plus One” from the “Poetry For Peace Project of 2005“ I got some wonderful feedback from W.D. Snodgrass, as well as some other great Poets of today. Did ya’ll know the former President, Bill Clinton writes poetry? Yep, sure does!

Heaven’s Door This poem was written as a reminder, for those times when we are blue or feel like giving up. We must remember all God has promised and never question his plan.
A Brain Awry This poem was inspired by my daughter, who suffers from an uncontrollable form of Epilepsy.
One Single Act Everything we do in this life can impact the lives of so many others, even those we have never met. Maybe someone we meet will be affected in a way that effects many other lives. One single act we commit today, might change …
